摘要
炼油企业既是二次能源的生产企业,又是能源消耗的大户,面对"十二五"节能减排目标,各炼油企业压力重重。近年来,随着装置技术进步和先进节能技术的应用,炼厂能源利用水平有了大幅提高,但大部分炼厂在低温余热利用方面还存在巨大的节能潜力。针对目前炼厂低温余热概念不统一、装置热联合程度差、炼厂低温余热利用不充分等问题,通过调研大连石化、广西石化等几个大型炼厂的实际情况,定义了"80~170℃工艺物流所具有的未被工艺过程利用的热量为炼油厂低温余热"的概念;在此基础上,分析常减压、催化裂化等炼厂内低温余热热源,以及气分、油罐加热、制冷站等热阱的一般情况。根据炼油厂热源产生与热阱利用的特点,提出"温度对口,梯级利用"的低温余热利用原则,以及"优先同级、重视升级"的低温余热综合利用方案。
Oil refineries are producers of secondary energy and also big energy consumers.In the face of the energy saving and emission reduction objectives set in the Twelfth Five Year Plan,almost all refining enterprises have felt the pressure.In recent years,benefiting from technological advancement and the application of advanced energy saving technology,the energy efficiency of Chinese refineries has improved considerably.Despite these achievements,most domestic refineries still have great potential for further raising their energy efficiency by recovering low-temperature residual heat for reuse.To find solutions to the problems that the concept of low-temperature residual heat was not clearly defined,the heat integration between vairous units needed improving and refinery low-temperature residual heat lacked efficient utilization,after investigating the conditions of several major refineries including PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company and PetroChina Guangxi Petrochemical Company,researchers have defined refinery low-temperature residual heat as the heat in 80-170℃ process streams which is not utilized by the process and analyzed the low-temperature residual heat sources in refineries such as the atmospheric and vacuum distillation process and the catalytic cracking process as well as the general conditions of heat sinks such as air separators,oil tank heaters and refrigeration plants.Based on the characteristics of generation of refinery heat sources and heat sink utilization,they have proposed principles of low-temperature residual heat utilization,i.e.,'temperature matchup and cascade utilization',as well as a low-temperature residual heat comprehensive utilization scheme,which is characterized by 'giving priority to same levels and putting premium on upgrading'.
