离心泵汽蚀性能的数值分析

摘要 基于离心泵汽蚀的基本理论,应用CFX软件,对1台比转数为132的离心泵的汽蚀性能进行了定常数值计算。根据计算结果,分析了泵汽蚀时叶片上压力以及气泡相分布规律。结果表明:随着泵进口压力的降低,叶轮流道内低压区范围逐渐增大,气泡在叶片表面分布也逐渐增大,并由进口处的低压区向流道内扩展;离心泵汽蚀的出现和发展与泵的流量有关,不同工况时,泵开始汽蚀时气泡在叶片上出现的部位是不同的,在小流量下,气泡首先在叶片背面进口处出现,而在大流量下,气泡最先出现在叶片工作面上。 Based on the basic theory of cavitation,a steady state numerical simulation to cavitation performance of a centrifugal pump was carried out using CFD software.According to the calculation results,the distribution of pressure and the flow feature of vapor phase on blade were analyzed.The results show that the low pressure region of impeller and the distribution of vapor phase both increase as the inlet pressure decreases;the arisen position of the vapor on blade is different under different flow rate conditions when the cavitation occurs,the bubble begins to appear on the back of blade under low flow rate condition,however the bubble first appear on the front of blade under large flow rate condition.
