485柴油机综合降噪实验研究

摘要 对485柴油机的声学近场进行实验分析,识别出发动机的油底壳和气缸盖罩部位是主要噪声源。通过对非薄壁部件采用紧贴式隔声罩、薄壁部件粘贴约束阻尼以及将刚性连接的部位改为弹性支撑等一系列综合降噪尝试,将柴油机的声功率级降低了2.6dB(A)。 According to near-field measurement analysis on 485 diesel engine,identify oil pan and cylinder head cover are the main noise sources of the engine.Through a series of integrated noise reduction including using cling sound insulation cover on non thin-walled member,pasting constrained damping on thin-walled member and replacing rigid connection with elastic support,diesel engine sound power level has been reduced 2.6dB(A).
