摘要
棉花是新疆生产建设兵团经济的支柱产业,种植水平和规模均居全国领先水平,但棉花收获方式和采收成本高一直是制约新疆棉花产业发展的重要因素,机械采收是解决棉花收获的重要途径。为此,结合梳齿式采棉机在国外发展概况以及目前在国内(尤其是新疆)广泛开展的梳齿式采棉机的研制情况,分析认为开发研制结构简单、造价低的梳齿式采棉机作为摘锭式采棉机的补充,可完善国内(尤其是新疆)采棉机械化体系。
Cotton is a pillar industry in the Xinjiang Province Production and Construction Corps,ranking first in the level and scale cultivation of leading the country.However,the methods of cotton harvesting and the high cost are important factors,which have restricted the development of Xinjiang Province's cotton industry.Mechanical harvesting is important to solve the cotton harvest way.In this paper,combined with cotton stripper finger in development abroad,and is currently in the country(especially in Xinjiang) is widely carried out cotton stripper finger in the research,the analysis that developed a simple and low cost of the cotton stripper finger,spindle-type cotton picker as a pick supplement,which can improve the domestic(especial Xinjiang)mechanized cotton picker system.
