摘要
针对禽蛋在自动分选过程中的易破裂性,研究了用于禽蛋视觉分级的吸运机构。通过分析计算,确定了分级吸运机构的相关参数,并利用Pro/E软件进行了机构运动学仿真。吸运试验表明,该机构能够满足在线分级要求。试验结果表明:在微型真空泵的真空度和抽气速度一定的情况下,吸运机构的禽蛋吸附效果与吸盘直径和形状、机构的转速等因素有关,并得到了最佳参数匹配。该研究对禽蛋品质自动检测分级设备的研制有应用价值。
In order to solve the problem of egg friability in the process of egg sorting and grading,a sucking and conveying mechanism with vacuum sucking disc used for egg grading based on machine vision system was develop in this paper.The design parameters were determined and motion simulation in software Pro/E was performed for the mechanism.The experimental results show that the mechanism can stabilize the accurate transmission of egg and satisfy with the on-line grading demand.It concluded that diameter and shape of the sucking disc as well as speed of the mechanism have the effect on its adsorption performance under the condition of certain vacuum degree and pumping speed of micro-vacuum pump.The best matching parameters of the mechanism were achieved.It will be valuable for developing the egg-quality automatic detecting and grading device.
