摘要
针对目前我国油棕产业刚起步而缺少小型油棕榨油设备的现状,在分析螺旋压榨原理的基础上,自行设计并研制了小型螺旋式油棕果榨油机。为验证设计的合理性和实用性,对其进行了性能试验研究,并对所得棕油进行了检测和分析。结果表明,样机性能达到设计指标,具有实用性。
On the basis of analysis about screw press,the miniature and spiral oil palm fruit presser was designed and developed in order to aim at the status of lacking small-scale processing equipments for oil palm fruit and the oil palm industry is developing at lower level in China.In order to validate the rationality and practicability of the design,the performance test and study about the machine and the detection and analysis of the palm oil were finished.The results showed that the design aim of the machine is achieved and the machine has practicability.
