摘要
根据油茶果采摘工作环境和特性要求,设计了一个有效的油茶果采摘机,并对其主要部件进行了详细设计;利用Pro/E软件对各零部件进行了三维实体建模和整机虚拟装配,并对机构进行了静态和动态干涉检查。检查结果表明:机构运动和整机装配没有发生干涉现象,机构运动和参数选择达到设计要求。
To solve the problem of inefficient for oil camellia picking,picking labor intensity and bad working environment,we designed oil camellia picking machines based of Pro/E software.By depth analysising oil camellia tree and oil camellia fruit,we designed an effective oil camellia picking machines and made a detailed design for main components.Finally,using Pro/E software to make 3D solid modeling for the various parts and virtual assembly.Using of Pro/E software to do static interference checking and dynamic interference checking,test results show that there is no interference on body movement and the whole assembly,so the mechanism meet the design requirements.
