摘要
甘油磷脂酰胆碱(GPC)是磷脂酰胆碱(PC)分子上的两个脂肪酰基完全被水解掉的产物。为得到较纯的甘油磷酸胆碱,作者通过粉末磷脂水解获得GPC混合物,然后从3种离子交换树脂中筛选出D113树脂作为分离甘油磷酸胆碱的主要树脂,研究了其对甘油磷酸胆碱的吸附作用与解吸过程,解吸液通过特定的阴离子交换树脂的进一步纯化,所得产品经过HPLC分析,GPC的干基质量分数为97.11%。
Glycerophosphocholine(GPC) is obtained by completely deacylated from phosphacholine(PC).In order to obtain the more pure product,a process for separating glycerophosphocholine(GPC) from raw deacylated mixtures of crude soy lecithin is was developed in this manuscript..Then three resins were selected and compared,of them,D113 is selected to more detailed study its adsorption and desorption process.The elution was then eluted on a strong basic resin in OH form.After concerntration,the purity of GPC product is up to 97.11% on dry basis by HPLC analysis.
