摘要
以1.4-环己二酮和季戊四醇为原料,在固体超强酸催化和无溶剂条件下合成了1.4-环己二酮双缩季戊四醇。在反应温度160℃~180℃条件下,研究了催化剂用量、摩尔配比、反应时间对催化反应的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂用量是总反应物总质量的8%,季戊四醇与1.4-环己二酮的摩尔比为1:2.4,反应时间3h,产率可达75%。
By 1, 4 – Cyclohexanedioneand pentaerythritol as raw materials, in solid super acid catalysis and solvent-free condition synthesis of adipic 1, 4 – Cyclohexanedione double shrink pentaerythritol. In the reaction temperature 160 ~ 180 ℃ conditions, the study of catalyst, molar ratios, the response time of catalytic influence the reaction. The experimental results show that the total of catalyst is 8% of the total weight of reactants, pentaerythritol with 1, 4 – Cyclohexanedione of adipic mole ratio of testosterone to 1:2.4, and the reaction time 3h, production rate can amount to 75%.
