摘要
采用静态阻垢称重法对单宁酸在循环冷却水中的阻垢性能进行了实验研究,考察了温度、硬度、碱度和金属离子等因素对其的影响。结果表明,单宁酸对碳酸钙的阻垢性能良好,当药剂浓度为40mg/L时,对碳酸钙垢的阻垢率已接近80%,且当温度低于70℃时,低碱度、中硬水和软水中的阻垢率表现均较好;Cu2+对单宁酸的阻垢具有促进作用,但会加速对管道的腐蚀;而Fe3+对单宁酸的阻垢具有抑制作用,所以Cu2+和Fe3+的浓度都不宜过高。
The static anti-scaling weighing method was used to experimental study to the scale inhibition performance of tannic acids in circulating cooling water.Affecting factors such as temperature,rigidity,basicity and metal ions were studied.The results showed that tannic acids was an better scale inhibition to calcium carbonate.When dosage of tannic acids was 40mg/L,the scale inhibitions over 80% to calcium carbonate scale,and in the situation of under the water temperature of 70 degrees,low basicity,fairly hard and soft water tannic acids have better performance.Cu2+ has synergistic effect on tannic acids,and Cu2+ also lead to corrosion of pipeline;but Fe3+ can inhibit scale inhibition,so the dosage of Cu2+ and Fe3+ should low consistency.
