标题化合物1,3-二(2-氨基吡啶)4,5-二羟基咪唑啉由2-氨基吡啶分别与甲醛和乙醛通过两步缩合反应制得。其结构经X-射线单晶衍射,IR和元素分析表征。晶体属单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,晶体参数a=12.5220(1),b=12.2554(1),c=8.4400(8),α=γ=90°,β=111.932(2)°,V=1201.5(2)3,Z=4,Dc=1.422Mg/m3μ=0.100mm-1,S=1.012,F(000)=540,R1=0.0462,wR2=0.1047。
The title compounds(1,3-di(2-aminopyridyl)4,5-dihydroxy imidazolidine) were synthesized by condensation reaction of 2-aminopyridine with formaldehyde and glyoxal,respectively.The structures were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction,IR and elemental analysis.The structure analysis showed that the crystal is of monoclinic,space group C2/c with a =12.5220(1),b =12.2554(1),c = 8.4400(8),α = γ =90 °,β = 111.932(2)°,V = 1201.5(2)3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.422 Mg/m3,μ = 0.100 mm-1,S = 1.012,R1 = 0.0462,wR2 = 0.1047.
