吐温80对氯霉素稳定作用的机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过恒温加速试验,研究了吐温80水溶液对氯霉素的稳定效果.通过设置对照实验和反相胶束实验,分别模拟氯霉素在水相和胶束相的水解行为.结果表明,加入吐温80可以提高氯霉素水溶液的稳定性.氯霉素在吐温80胶束相内的水解速率常数约为在水相内的1/50,从而表明吐温80对氯霉素的稳定作用是由于氯霉素增溶于胶束相内,大大降低了水解反应速率.经过计算发现氯霉素在水相-胶束相的分配并不是按照一定的分配比例进行,而是随着氯霉素加入量的增加分配比例下降. The stabilization effect of Tween 80 on chloramphenicol was studied by accelerated experiment.The hydrolysis behaviors in the aquous phase and micellar phase were simulated by controlling experiment and reversing micelle experiment respectively.The results indicated that Tween 80 plays a stabilization effect on chloramphenicol.The hydrolysis rate constant in micellar phase was only 1/50 of that in the aqueous phase.It was this reason that the stability of chloramphenicol increased.The calculation results revealed that the partition of chloramphenicol between micellar and aqueous phases was not a constant,but decreased with the increasing of the amount of chloramphenicol.
