摘要
目的:了解不同粗细根条作种对丹参出苗及药材产量和质量的影响,为丹参规范化栽培技术提供依据。方法:试验采用单因素随机区组设计,齐苗后调查出苗情况和苗子长势,收获时实测小区产量,采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参酮IIA和丹酚酸B含量。结果:不同粗细种根对丹参出苗、植株生长、药材产量和质量均有一定影响。结论:中江丹参生产上应采用直径为7~15mm的根条作种为宜。
Objective:To study the influence of diameter of root-cutting on plant growth, yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge., and provide evidence for standardized cultivation of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Method:Single factor randomized block design was applied in the study. The seedling emergence and growth were investigated after the seedlings came out evenly. The yield was measured at the time of harvest and the main active ingredient contents (tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B) were detected by HPLC. Result:The different diameters of root-cutting affected the growth, yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Conclusion: The diameter of 7~15mm of the root is appropriate for the production of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. in Zhongjiang.
