摘要
研究表明,在粒肩天牛各个为害时期,受害植株与健康植株的蛋白质含量均存在显著的差异;在为害的初期、盛期、末期三个时期中,受害植株的蛋白质含量均比健康植株高。这说明粒肩天牛的为害引起了杨树蛋白质含量的变化,这可能是杨树受到为害时产生的一种应激反应。
The results indicated that nutrient substances in damaged poplars had significant changes when compared with those in undamaged poplars.Proteins are the important nutrient substances for the growth and development of insects.Contents of proteins in damaged poplars all increased when compared with those in undamaged poplars,which showed that Apriona germari(Hope)'s damage on poplars caused the changes of the contents of proteins.This might be the stress reaction of the poplars while being damaged.
