摘要
目的观察延灯滴丸中不同组方配伍对灯盏乙素含量的影响。方法采用乙醇回流提取法,固定方中每味药材的量,改变其他两种药材配比,建立灯盏乙素提取量与方中各药材的变化规律;以灯盏乙素提取量为考察指标,采用混料均匀设计法考察各药材对其影响。结果混料均匀设计回归方程为:Y=7.171 211 58+2.670 314 346 9X1+2.889 486 924 9X3,处方中影响灯盏乙素提取量的主要因素为黄芪。结论灯盏乙素的提取量与黄芪在整个处方中的用量成正比关系。
Objective To probe into the effects of different composition in Yandeng dripping pills on the contents of scutellarin.Methods One quantity was fixed in Yandeng dripping pills,while the other raw materials were taken as the variable factor.The scutellarin was measured and regression analysis was processed by using the method of mixed uniform design. Results The regression equations were Y=7.171 211 58+2.670 314 346 9X1+2.889 486 924 9X3.Astragalus was the main factor affecting the contents of scutellarin in different compositions.Conclusion The dissolving rate of scutellarin is positive proportional to the quantity of Astragalus.
