摘要
目的 建立HPLC测定芩丹颗粒中黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量的方法.方法 采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)色谱柱;黄芩苷以甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2)为流动相;检测波长280 nm.丹皮酚以甲醇-水(45∶55)为流动相;检测波长274 nm.流速均为1.0 mL/min.结果 黄芩苷和丹皮酚分别在0.06~0.96和0.05~0.50 mg/L范围内线性关系良好.平均回收率分别为:黄芩苷98.8%,RSD为0.75%(n=9);丹皮酚98.4%,RSD=1.41%(n=9).结论 本方法操作简单、快速、准确、重现性好.
Objective To establish the methods of determination of baicalin,jasminoidin and paeonol content in Lin-dan particles by HPLC.Methods An Aigilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was adopted,the mobile phase of baicalin was CH3OH-H2O-P(47∶53∶0.2),the detection wave lenghth was set at 280 nm.For paeonol,the mobile phase was CH3OH-H2O(45:55),the detection wave lenghth was set at 274 nm.Both flow rates were 1.0 mL/min.Results The calibration curves of baicalin and paeonol were linear at the ranges of 0.06~0.96 mg/L and 0.05~0.50 mg/L respectively.And the average recoveries rates were:98.9% for baicalin(RSD=0.75%,n=9);98.4% for paeonol(RSD=1.41%,n=9).Conclusion The method was easy,fast,accurate,and well-repeated.
