摘要 海上油田注水作业一般就近选择海水,但是海水的高含盐量及含氧量会严重的腐蚀输送管线和设备,为了解决这一问题,作者以油酸,环烷酸,二乙烯三胺,环氧乙烷,氯乙酸钠,氯化苄,丙炔醇,环己胺等为原料合成缓蚀剂的主剂,然后再与多种表面活性剂复配成不同的缓蚀剂配方,筛选出七种具有较好效果的缓蚀剂,当温度40℃,实验周期为120 h,缓蚀剂的用量为100 mg/L时,能够有效的控制海水的腐蚀速率<0.043 mm/a,缓蚀率大于80%。 The water injection of offshore oil fields usually chooses sea water,but higher salinity of sea water and oxygen content will serious corrode pipelines and equipments.In order to solve this problem,oleic acid,naphthenic acid,divinyl-three-amine,ethylene oxide,sodium chloroacetate,benzyl chloride,propiolic alcohol,cyclohexylamine as raw materials were used to synthetize main agent for corrosion inhibitors,then it was mixed with surfactants to prepare corrosion inhibitors,then seven kinds of corrosion inhibitors with better effect were screened out.When temperature is 40 ℃,experiment period is 120 h,dosage of the corrosion inhibitor is 100 mg/L,it can effectively control sea water corrosion rate less than 0.043 mm/a,and anticorrosion rate is more than 80%.
