摘要
大麻籽油和甲醇经NaOH/PAM催化合成生物柴油,本实验在醇油比固定的情况下考察了催化剂的碱含量、催化剂用量对酯交换转化率的影响、碱量及反应时间分别对转化率和皂化百分数的影响,采用红外光谱技术对催化剂进行分析,确定了较适宜的反应条件。结果表明:实际碱量随NaOH添加量的增加而增加;催化剂用量增加,原料油转化率增加;反应时间的增加,原料油转化率曲线增加到一定水平后趋于平缓;较适宜的反应条件为PN-4催化剂用量3%,反应时间为60 min。
Biodiesel was prepared via the transesterification of hempseed oil with methanol in the presence of NaOH/PAM as catalyst.Fixing the molar ratio of methanol to hempseed oil,effects of alkali content in catalyst,catalyst dosage on conversion of the transesterification were investigated as well as effects of alkali amount and reaction time on conversion and saponification.The catalyst was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,and the optimum reaction condition was determined.The experimental results show that with increasing NaOH dosage,the alkali amount increases;to increase catalyst dosage is advantageous to increase the conversion of hempseed oil;with prolonging reaction time,the conversion of hempseed oil firstly increases to the maximum and then keeps constant.The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:amount of PN-4 is 3%,reaction time is 60min.
