水平井裸眼分段压裂在苏里格气田某区块的应用分析

摘要 苏里格气田某区块在参考前期裸眼分段压裂试验的基础上,于2010年度规模化推广应用水平井裸眼分段压裂技术,取得了良好的增产效果。水平井压后产量一般在104m3/d以上,为同区块直井产量的3~5倍。该区块水平井的水平段长度一般超过800 m,初期水平井分4段压裂,之后技术人员在增加裂缝段数、加砂规模、水平段长度等方面积极探索,以期达到更佳的开发效果。已实施井的投产效果表明:裂缝段数、加砂规模、水平段长度不直接影响产量;有效储层长度和气测表现在一定程度上影响压后产量;提高水平段有效储层钻遇率有利于增加压后产量。 On the basis of previous experiments,one block of Sulige gas field applied the open hole horizontal well multi-stage fracturing technology on a large scale in 2010,good stimulation effect has been gained.The post-fracturing production of horizontal well was about 104 m3 /d,equivalent to 3 ~5 times as much as other vertical wells in the block.In the block,horizontal length generally was over 800 m.At first,four section horizontal well fracturing was adopted,then the aspects including increasing the number of segments,amount of sand and horizontal section length were studied in order to achieve the best development effect.Application results show that the number of segments,the amount of sand and the horizontal section length can not directly affect the post-fracturing production;effective reservoir length and performance of gas-logging can affect production in some extent;to increase the effective drilling catching rate in horizontal section is beneficial to increasing production.
