摘要
警察公共关系是公共关系理论在公安工作实践中的具体体现。近年来,各地公安机关越来越重视警察形象建设,为加强警察公关意识,提高警务规范化管理,对警察公共关系的研究无论在理论层面上还是在实践层面上都作了许多有益的探索和尝试。警察公共关系的基本要素由公安机关及民警、社会公众和信息传播构成。
The police public relations are the concrete manifestation of the theory of the public relations in the practice of the public security work.In recent years,public security organs in every place have laid increasing emphasis on establishing the image of the police.They have done a lot of useful exploration of the research on the police public relations both theoretically and practically,in order to enhance the police' s consciousness of public relations,and improve the standardized policing administration.The basic elements of the public relations are public security organs,people's police,the public,and information dissemination.
