摘要 应激性溃疡(Stress Ulcer,SU)又称急性胃黏膜病变,指机体受各种外源性或内源性致病因素刺激(创伤、脑血管意外、精神心理异常),产生黏膜血流减少[1]、黏膜防御机制破坏、胃酸和胃蛋白酶分泌增加等病理生理改变,
