摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定上清丸中连翘苷含量的方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法:色谱柱为Dia-monsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为229 nm。结果:连翘苷在0.0798～0.798μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为0.82%。结论:该方法准确可行、专属性强,可用于上清丸的质量评价。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of forsythin in Shangqing pills by RP-HPLC.Methods RP-HPLC was performed on Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN and H2O for gradient elution.The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0 mL/min and the temperature of column was 30 ℃.The detective wavelength was 229nm.Results It showed a good linearity in the range from 0.0798 to 0.798 μg/mL(r=0.9996).The average recovery was 98.8%(RSD=0.82%,n=6).Conclusion The method is accurate and simple,and can be used for the quality control of Shangqing Pills.
