Scientific management of high-level competitive ice-snow sports team directly influences the training effect and athletic exertion.The paper has a research on it and finds out its characteristics such as the speciality of managed objects,hardships of management work and multiplicity of management responsibility.Aiming at these characteristics,it suggests thinking more the importance of management work,establishing the management consciousness,enhancing managers owned development,improving their ability and quality,heightening the athletes' general quality,highlighting the athletes' core status.The purpose is to take corresponding measures to implement the scientific management of high-level competitive ice-snow sports team,which can ensure getting better athletic performance.
