摘要
本文以苯乙烯(St)为单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散稳定剂,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,以无水乙醇(EtOH)为反应介质,使用分散聚合法制备了尺寸大小为5.4μm的流式聚苯乙烯微球;同时分析了反应时间对转化率的影响;DVB、PVP对粒径大小和变异系数的影响;以及引发剂和苯乙烯单体对粒径大小的影响。研究结果表明:用分散聚合法能制备出粒径大小为5.4μm、变异系数小于10%的流式聚苯乙烯微球。
In this study,flow monodisperse polystyrene microspheres were synthesized by dispersion polymerization,by using styrene as raw materials,AIBN as initiator,PVP as stabilizer,DVB as crosslinker and ethanol as the reaction medium.The size of microsphere is about 5.4 μm.Next,the effects of reaction time on conversion ratio;DVB、PVP on particle size and coefficient of variation;initiator and styrene monomer on particle size were also studied in this paper.Results from this study showed that flow polystyrene microspheres with the size of 5.4 μm can be produced by the approach of dispersion polymerization,in which microspheres diameter coefficient of variation is less than 10%.
