Progress in Research of Technologies for Crystallization of Biological Macromolecules

摘要 获得具有高分辨率的晶体是目前生物大分子结构测定的主要瓶颈,生物大分子的结晶是一个复杂的物理化学过程,涉及多方面的影响因素。本文综述了近年来生物大分子结晶的热点方法和技术。 Obtaining the high-resolution crystal structure has become a bottleneck for structure determination of biological macromolecules.The crystallization of biological macromolecules is a complicated process influenced by many parameters.The recent technologies for preparing crystal of biological macromolecules as well as techniques for controlling the crystallization process are reviewed.
