摘要
在网络信息图书馆时代来临之际,伴随着现代信息技术的突飞猛进,国际互联网的普及应用,传统图书馆逐步向网络信息图书馆蜕变。大学图书馆管理人员将面临新的知识素质挑战。本文从阐述了大学图书馆专业队伍的现状,网络发展的需求出发,阐述了网络新形势对大学图书馆员素质需求理念的转变。
Along with the rapid progress of modern information technology,the popularity and application of the Internet,traditional library gradually transforms to network information library.University librarians will face new challenges of the knowledge quality.The author expatiates the idea conversion of demand for university librarians' quality under new situation of network.
