摘要
当今时代正处于知识经济时代,知识产权在竞争中的比重日益强化。重庆随着胡锦涛总书记"314"总体部署的全面落实,地区经济社会的发展对知识产权人才的需求正日益旺盛,为此,重庆市理工科院校加强对知识产权人才的培养,成为加快转变经济增长方式,推进创新型城市建设的必然路径。文章力求阐明重庆市理工科院校加强知识产权人才培养的重要意义,提出当前加强知识产权人才培养的具体模式。
The present era is in the era of knowledge economy,the proportion of intellectual property is growing in the competition.With the fulfill implementation of the overall deploy of General Secretary Hu Jin-tao in '314',the demand of the development of region economic society to intellectual property talent is increasingly exuberant,therefore,Chongqing City Colleges of science and engineering to strengthen the cultivation of intellectual property talent,to speed up the transformation of economic growth mode,promote the inevitable path of the construction of innovative city.The paper tries to clarify the important significance of Chongqing City Colleges of science and engineering to strengthen intellectual property personnel training,proposes the cultivating mode of strengthening intellectual property talent.
