摘要
新时期加强高校教师职业道德修养是高校精神文明建设的重要内容,是高校人才培养的重要保障,同时也是科教兴国的重要战略举措。现今高校教师职业道德建设虽取得了重大成效,但仍存在敬业师表意识欠缺,师生关系冷漠、敬业精神不足,团队精神欠佳、功力思想抬头、腐败现象滋生等问题。新时期高校应该从教师的自我提升、学校管理和社会环境影响三个方面来探索加强教师职业道德修养的路径。
In the new period,to strengthen university teacher occupation morality is the important content of the construction of spiritual civilization in universities,is the important safeguard to train colleges talent,also is the important strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.The university teacher occupation morality construction has made great achievements,but there are still dedicated teachers lack of awareness,the distant relationship between teachers and students,professionalism is poor,team spirit is poor,the utility thought is poor,corruption appears etc.Colleges in the new period should be from the teachers' self-improvement,school management and the social environment affects three aspects to explore ways to strengthen the teachers' occupation morality cultivation path.
