摘要
针对智能变电站的特点,开展智能变电站二次系统工厂验收(FAT)展开技术、管理研究,探讨了验收的时间安排、验收范围、应具备的条件、组织措施、验收原则、验收项目等内容,并形成了福建省智能变电站二次系统工厂验收规范。
To the characteristic of smart substation,FAT technology and management for second systems of smart substations is researched.Then,time arrangement,scope,requirements,principles,test contents are discussed,and FAT Code for Second systems of smart substations in Fujian is established.
