摘要
永平铜矿露采排弃的表外矿中难选氧化铜矿的矿石量高达 40 2 .2万t,含铜金属量 2 .0 0 2万t,采用堆浸—萃取—电积技术回收该资源的试验研究取得较好效果。针对建成的 2 0 0t/a生产能力的堆浸—萃取—电积提铜生产线在生产中暴露出的问题 ,进行了一系列的技术改造 ,最终获得了良好的经济效益。
There are 402.2 million tons oxide copper ore within abandoned top ore in Yongping Copper Mine,and the ore contains 2.002 million tons copper and is difficult to dealt with by ordinary process method.It achieved a acceptable result to recover the copper by using heapleaching-extraction-electrowinning,then a plant producing 200 tons copper a year was built.A series of improvement have been taken aimed to solve the problem in the line and have got a good economical result.
