摘要
介绍凡口矿的选硫历史 ,并从药剂制度、流程结构、给矿浓细度等方面探讨提高选硫指标的方法 ,认为活化剂硫酸和捕收剂黄药采用分步加药、提高入选搅拌时间、控制入选浓度、抛弃难选的细颗粒和使用适合凡口矿选硫的 6A浮选机等办法 ,可提高选硫的生产指标。
For improving index of pyrite flotation in Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine, this paper studies the reagent addition system, the structure of flowsheet, the density and particle size of feed.With multistage reagent addition,pyrite is floated satisfactorily by xanthogenate collector and sulphuric acid activator. Increasing agitation time and controlling density of feed are useful for improving pyrite production index. Pyrite flotation benefits from discharging fine particles. 6A flotation machine is satisfactory for pyrite flotation in Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine.
