摘要
在总结现有停车需求预测模型及新城区CBD区域停车特征的基础上,分析了现有模型对新城区CBD区域停车需求预测的适应性。针对现有模型在停车预测时存在的不足之处,综合考虑新城区CBD区域用地特征及交通特性,根据出行吸引强度及交通方式划分,构建适用于新城区CBD区域的停车需求预测模型,并结合济南西客站片区CBD区域进行实例验证。结果表明了该预测方法的可行性及结果的合理性。
Based on the main existing methods and characteristics of center business district in new urban area,the applicability of the existing methods to the parking demand forecasting for center business district of new urban area was analyzed;according to the intensity of trip attraction and traffic mode split,method of parking demand forecasting for center business district of new urban area was presented after taking the land and traffic characteristics into consideration.Center business district of west passenger station in Jinan was used as an example to verify the method.
