共胶接T型加筋壁板模具设计及成型工艺研究 被引量:17

STUDY ON DESIGN OF MOULD ASSEMBLY AND MOLDING PROCESSING FOR CO-BONDING T-STIFFENED SKIN STRUCTURE

摘要 本文选取T型加筋壁板作为典型结构件,研究了热压罐共胶接工艺中成型模具的设计和模具对成型质量的影响。首先针对T型筋条的结构和成型特点,设计了两种模具方案,研究了硬模(金属模具)/硬模、硬模/软模(橡胶模具)两种模具配合方式对筋条成型质量的影响,并进一步研究了筋条、蒙皮的固化顺序对T型加筋壁板共胶接质量的影响。结果表明,T型筋条成型中拐角区的传压及受压均匀性是模具设计中考虑的要点;与硬模/硬模配合方式相比,硬模/软模配合方式可以提高筋条拐角区的受压和密实均匀性,不容易出现因受压不均而在拐角区和填充区产生的纤维褶皱及孔隙缺陷,但是筋条尺寸精度低于硬模/硬模的情况;采用有限元法模拟分析了硬模、软模内部压力分布,发现模拟结果与实验结果基本一致;已固化筋条与未固化蒙皮胶接时,胶接区蒙皮的厚度均匀性不易保证,采用未固化筋条与已固化蒙皮共胶接的方式更容易保证胶接区的质量。本文研究结果对壁板类结构整体化工艺成型质量的控制具有指导意义。 In this paper,the design of mould for typical T-stiffened skin composite structure fabricated by autoclave co-bonding process was studied,and the influence of mould assembly on the processing quality was analyzed.The two kinds of mould assemblies were designed according to the structure and processing of T-stiffener.Then,the influence of the assembly types of rigid tool(metal tool) /rigid tool and rigid tool/ flexible tool(rubber tool) on the processing quality of T-stiffener was studied.Furthermore,the effects of co-bonding order of stiffener and skin on the co-bonding quality of T-stiffener skin were investigated.The results show that pressure transferring at the corners of stiffener and the uniform of the pressure were the key points for the mould designing.Compared to rigid tool/rigid tool assembly,rigid tool/ flexible tool assembly improves the pressure transferring and fiber compaction at stiffener corners,and the fiber wrinkle and voids at stiffener corners and filler core were reduced.However,the rigid tool/flexible tool assembly has disadvantage on controlling the dimension accuracy of stiffener.The effects of rigid and flexible tools on the pressure applied on the stiffener were analyzed by means of finite element numerical simulation,and the simulating results agree with the experiments.Compared to the co-bonding of cured stiffener to uncured skin,the co-bonding of uncured stiffener to cured skin results in more uniform thickness of skin at co-bonding area and better co-bonding quality.This research can offer guidance for controlling the processing quality of integral manufacturing stiffened skin structures.
