摘要 分布式计算机联锁系统将控制转辙机、信号机、轨道电路、机车信号等室外设备的轨旁执行单元前移至被控设备的旁边,通过安全通信系统实现分布式控制。该系统由监控机、维修机、联锁主机、轨旁执行单元、安全通信系统、电源及供电网络等组成。轨旁执行单元由电源模块、轨旁通信分机、转辙机模块、信号机模块、轨道模块、机车信号模块等组成。安全通信系统由通信主机、轨旁通信分机和通信网络组成。联锁主机与通信主机之间采用冗余RS-422总线方式进行通信;通信主机与轨旁通信分机之间采用点对点冗余光纤进行通信;轨旁通信分机与各控制模块之间采用双CAN总线进行通信。由电源屏通过独立的上、下行咽喉区冗余供电网络向轨旁执行单元提供电源。该系统具有节省电缆、降低工程造价、减少断线故障等优点;该系统于2010年10月在兰州市西固电厂站试用,已安全稳定运行至今。 Distributed computer interlocking system moves switch machines, signal, track circuits, cab signaling and other trackside execution unit of outdoor equipment to the next to the controlled device, the system achieves distributed control through secure communication system. The system consists of the monitoring machines, repair machines, interlock host, trackside execution units, secure communications systems, power supply and power supply network. Trackside execution unit consists of the power supply module, trackside communications extension, switch machine module, signal module, track module, cab signaling module and other components. The secure communications system consists of a communication host, trackside communication extension and communication networks. The interlock host communicates with the communication host by using redundant RS-422 bus. Point-to-point redundant fiber-optic communication is used between communication host and trackside communication extension. Dual CAN bus communication is used between the trackside communication extension and the control module. The system provides power to trackside execution unit by the way of the power supply panel through the redundant power supply network of independent uplink and downlink throat section. What's more, the system has the advantages of saving cable, reducing project cost, and also reducing break or mixed line fault and security risks. It has been put into operation at Xigu power plant station in Lanzhou, and the operation has been safe and reliable up to now.
