摘要
研制了一套燃油添加剂自动加注系统,以辅助微粒捕集器(DPF)更充分地再生。从硬件上设计了信号采集和调理电路、执行器驱动电路、电源电路和CAN通信电路等,软件上实现了基于状态机的控制策略,优化了燃油液位测量和添加剂加注算法。设计并进行了添加剂加注和DPF再生试验,通过数据分析得出此系统可以精确加注添加剂,从而更充分实现DPF再生。
A set of fuel additive automatic dosing system was designed to assist diesel particulate filter(DPF) to get a better regeneration.The signal acquisition and modulating circuit,actuator drive circuit,power circuit and CAN communication circuit were designed.The control strategy of state machine was realized and the fuel level measurement and additive dosing algorithm were optimized.Finally,the experiments of additive dosing and DPF regeneration were designed and carried out.The results show that the system can fill the additive accurately and realize DPF regeneration more thoroughly.
