摘要
产品开发阶段,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对离心泵泵体进行进分析和优化设计,可有效缩短研发周期、提高设计的可靠性。文中完成了某水平中开式离心泵在极限水压条件下的仿真,并考虑了壳体中分面接触问题、法兰面接触问题以及螺栓预紧力对结构强度的影响,采用有限元法对壳体和螺栓进行了刚强度计算,并对中分面的密封性能及壳体的可靠性进行了评估分析。通过实际工程验证文中的方法不仅有助于减少水压试验的工作量,而且可为优化泵体结构设计、合理选择法兰和螺栓奠定技术基础。
In the process of products' development,the centrifugal pump body is analyzed and optimized using finite element analysis(FEA) software ANSYS,so the period can be shorten and the reliability of design can be enhanced.This paper achieved the simulation analysis on a horizontal split-case centrifugal pump under the condition of limit hydrostatic pressure.The contact problems of the casing splits,flange surfaces and the influence of bolts pretightening force on the structural strength have been taken into consideration.The rigidity/strength of casing and bolts was calculated by using finite element methods(FEM),the sealing perfomance of casing split and reliability of casing were also evaluated.Through verification of practical engineering,the methods not only help to reduce workload of hydrostatic tests,but also establish a technological foundation for structural optimization design of pump body and reasonable choice of bolt and flange.
