摘要 本文通过对误动率(Spurious Trip Rate,STR)进行阐述,重点分析了安全仪表系统可靠性评估中的误动率计算方法。以一个联锁回路为例,阐述了该计算方法在石化装置中的应用及其实际意义。 The paper describes the Spurious Trip Rate (STR), focuses on the calculation of spurious trip rate which in reliability assessment of safety instrumented system. An interlock circuit in acrylonitrile unit has been chosen as an example, it describes the application of the calculation method in the petrochemical plant and its practical signif icance.
