摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病CHD)与纤维蛋白原(Fg)的相关性。方法将行心脏双源CT(DSCT)检查的200例患者分为冠心病组(161例)与健康对照组(39例)。再将冠心病组按心脏双源CT结果分为单支病变组55例,双支病变组56例和三支病变组50例。应用Clauss凝固法测定200例全部入选患者Fg水平。比较冠心病组与对照组及冠心病各组间血浆Fg水平差异。结果 Fg水平在冠心病组与对照组中差异有统计学意义,并随冠状动脉病变的严重程度呈上升趋势。结论冠心病患者血浆Fg水平升高,Fg血浆水平升高程度与冠状动脉病变的严重程度呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the correlation of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) with fibrinogen(Fg).Methods 161 CHD patients and 39 normal control patients were recruited for this study.Plasma Fg was examined in all subjects by using clauss method.CHD group were divided in 3 groups by the dual resource CT(DSCT).Results The deference among the CHD and control group was significant on the plasma Fg levels.There was have correlation between plasma Fg levels and the number of stenosised coronary vessels in CHD patients.Conclusion There was higher plasma Fg level in CHD patients.Plasma Fg levels was positively correlated with DSCT in CHD patients.
