摘要
在中国深入发展的重要时期,党的十七届六中全会作出了关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定。深化文化体制改革,推进文化建设,必须遵循文化发展和文化传播的规律,对文化与社会、经济发展等多重关系有清醒的认识,正确把握好十大关系。
In a period important for Chinese further development,the sixth plenary session of the CPC's 17th Central Committee brought forth Decision on Deepening the Reform of Cultural System and Boosting the Socialist Cultural Development and Prosperity.Both the Reform and the Development must abide by the principles in cultural evolution and transmission.Therefore,we must be aware of and well deal with the top ten relationships between cultural development and social and economic development.
