摘要
随着皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区的设立,培养和造就一批符合企业发展并急需的复合创新型人才是示范区经济发展的关键。本文通过综合分析示范区内高职院校人才培养现状以及存在的问题,构建出了服务示范区区域经济发展的创新型人才培养体系。
The foundation and development of industrial transfer demonstration region of the city—cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui offer an opportunity for the area economy,enterprise innovative talents has become the core of economic growth.In this paper,base on a comprehensive analysis of cultivating talent of professorship education in Anhui Wanjiang City Cluster,the paper designed a comprehensive system of innovative talents.
