摘要
尽管我国航运融资市场在近几年呈现出快速发展的态势,但与世界发达的航运中心相比,仍处于初级阶段。存在融资资金供需缺口大、创新能力不足、融资结构不合理等问题。提升航运融资服务层级面临的最大障碍是缺乏健全的航运融资服务体系。在分析现状的基础上,提出了我国航运融资服务体系的构建思路及建设策略。
Compared with developed countries,shipping financing of China had a late start in spite of rapid development.There exist such difficulties in shipping financing as shortage of capital,insufficient of ability to innovate,and unreasonable of financing structure.The biggest obstacle is imperfect service system for shipping financing when we promote shipping service level.The paper makes thoughts of the service system construction and policy decisions for shipping financing on the base of situation analysis.
