摘要
作为永磁电机抑制齿槽转矩的有效方法,定子斜槽已被广泛地用于永磁电机设计中,但由此会带来轴向力问题,严重时甚至影响轴承的使用寿命。文章从理论上分析了采用定子斜槽对电机轴承受力情况的影响,提出了合理设计轴承结构以减少定子斜槽对轴承寿命影响的方法。应用实例验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
As an effective method to reduce cogging torque,skewed-slot stator has been widely adopted in the design of permanent magnet motor.However,skewed slot would produce axial force which may affect the life of bearing.This paper theoretically analyzes the effect of skewed-slot stator on the bearing force and proposes a method that the bearing structure is reasonably designed to decrease the effect of skewed slots on the bearing life.Validity and availability of the method are verified by the results of real running example motors.
