摘要
自2002年我国颁发《中华人民共和国安全生产法》以来,安全生产的监督管理已经上升到制度化和规范化,这对于使用和储存各种危险化学品的化学实验室尤为重要。目前我国实验室的安全生产形势非常严峻。因此针对突发事故的研究与对策是实验室安全管理的重要组成部分。基于GHS(即联合国立法实施的《全球化学品统一分类和标签制度》)对化学品危险性的分类,将由此引起的突发事故划分为4种,并针对各种突发事故情况进行分析后提出预防和应急预案。
Since 'Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China' was published in 2002,safety management is more and more specific.This is important to chemical laboratory specially,where is full of dangerous chemical.At present,the situation of satety in laboratory is severe.The research on emergency is an important part of safety management in chemical laboratory.Basis on GHS,emergencies are divided into 4 types,and the corresoponding preventive precautions and countermeasures are proposed.
