摘要
文章以14万t/a聚乙烯生产装置反应器为背景,介绍先进控制技术在实际化工生产过程中的应用。针对聚乙烯装置的实际工艺条件与控制目标,设计了产率控制器并建立动态矩阵控制(DMC plus)模型,通过软件组态实现控制器的功能,对在CENTRUM-CS系统平台上的实时运行效果进行了前后对比,表明文章设计实施的多变量预估先进控制是切实可行的。
With the 140000 tons/year polyethylene production device for background reactor,the paper introduce the application of advanced control technology in the chemical production process.According to the actual process condition and control goal of the polyethylene device,we design the controller of production rate,establish DMC plus model,and realize the function of the controller design through the software configuration.Compareing to the real-time operation platform effects of the CENTRUM-CS system before and after,it show that the design and implementation of the multivariable estimated advanced control is practical and feasible.
