摘要
目的探讨循证护理在妇科肿瘤患者中的应用效果,为肿瘤患者制定科学合理的护理方案提供参考.方法选择盐城市肿瘤医院妇产科2009年9月—2012年1月收治的80例妇科肿瘤患者作为观察对象,将其分为循证护理组和常规护理组,各40例.循证护理组患者采用循证护理的方法,发现问题,查阅文献,将证据与患者实际情况综合比较后,筛选出最佳证据,进行针对性的护理;常规护理组进行常规护理.对两组患者的护理效果进行比较.结果循证护理组有2例患者发生压疮,未有患者发生深静脉血栓,压疮发病率与深静脉血栓发病率显著降低.治疗前两组患者的SCL-90,SAS,SDS评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后两组患者的SCL-90,SAS,SDS评分均得到了显著的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).循证护理组的SCL-90,SAS,SDS评分显著低于常规护理组.循证护理组患者有8例患者为完全缓解,25例患者为部分缓解,其疼痛缓解情况显著优于对照组.结论妇科肿瘤患者手术及化疗过程中的护理是十分重要的.循证护理基于科学的基础,审慎地对护理文献进行系统评价,根据每位妇科肿瘤患者制定了个性化的护理方案,护理效果优于常规护理,值得临床上重视和推广使用.
Objective To investigate application effect of the evidence-based nursing in the gynecology tumor patients,scientific and reasonable nursing program can provide some references.Method Obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from September 2009 to January 2012 received 80 cases of gynecologic oncology patients as observation objects,which can be divided into evidence-based nursing group and routine nursing group with 40 cases in each group.Evidence-based nursing care of patients with the evidence-based nursing method,found problem,reviewed literature,the evidence and the actual condition of patients after comprehensive comparison get the best evidence.The routine nursing group carries on the conventional nursing care.Patients of two groups with nursing effect were compared.Results Two cases in evidence-based care group occurred pressure sores,pressure ulcer incidence and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis reduced significantly.Score difference of SCL-90,SAS,SDS in two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment SCL-90,SAS,SDS score of patients in two groups were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SCL-90,SAS,SDS score of evidence based nursing group was significantly lower than that of conventional care group.8 patients in evidence based nursing group were complete remission,partial remission in 25 patients for pain relief,which was better than the control group.Conclusion Nursing in the course of gynecologic tumor operation and chemotherapy is very important.Evidence based nursing was based on the foundations of science,prudent systematic assessment in nursing literature,according to each patient with gynecological tumor developed individualized nursing care plan,the result is superior to routine care,deserves clinical attention and application.
