摘要
在研究我国企业跨地域横向拓展的过程中,我们发现国内市场的一体化程度正在日益提高,市场分散性对我国跨地域经营的企业的影响正在逐渐缩小,而企业的内部因素则成为了制约企业"做强做大"的关键因素。因此,企业在跨地域横向拓展过程中如何获得规模效益和范围经济是本文的研究重点。通过对我国企业在跨区域横向拓展的过程中所遇到的障碍与困境进行分析,发现企业跨区域横向拓展的障碍已经从过去人们所常说的市场分散所导致的困境逐渐变为企业内部管理等自身问题。
While researching the trans-regionally horizontal expansion of Chinese firms,we found that the level of integration in Chinese market is rising,and the effect that market fragmentation brings to Chinese trans-regional enterprises is gradually reducing.However,the interior factors are becoming the crucial factors restricting the companies to become stronger and bigger.This paper focuses on how to achieve the economics of Scale and economics of Scope during trans-regionally horizontal expansion of Chinese enterprises.After investigating the obstacles and difficulties of Chinese enterprises during trans-regionally horizontal expansion,the findings show that the biggest obstacle of trans-regional expansion is not market fragmentation but the interior management problems of the Chinese enterprises.
