摘要
经济学与法学在研究对象及研究方法上的相互融合形成了一门重要的学科——法经济学。法经济学的诞生对于经济学、法学乃至整个社会科学都产生了重大的影响。法学对经济学的影响或者说法律对经济的影响无疑体现在对经济制度的塑造上,也就是法律对经济的规制、法律制度的运行保障着经济制度的构建、法律制度的变迁决定着经济制度的创新,并从刑法规制的角度形成了新的一门学科——经济刑法学。
The integration of the object and method of research between economics and law formed an important subject: legal economics which had a significant impact on economics,law and even social science.The impact of economics on the law or the impact of law on the economy both are undoubtedly reflected on the modeling of economic systems.That is law is the base for economic regulation and the economic system,the innovation of law system determines the innovation of economy.On this basis,a new subject,economic criminal law was formed from the view of the criminal regulation.
