造影剂肾病临床研究概况 被引量：3

摘要 一、造影剂肾病的定义造影剂肾病也称造影剂肾损害或造影剂所致急性肾损伤,其定义临床上并不完全统一,但最常使用的临床定义为使用造影剂后48 h内出现血肌酐上升超过其基础值的25%或超过0.5 mg/dl(44 μmol/L),且能除外造影外的其他原因.
