摘要
确定铣车复合加工中心动横梁的工作载荷是着手开展横梁结构强度和刚度校验以及优化横梁结构设计的必要前提。着重介绍了极限进给切削状态下该机床横梁工作载荷的计算方法。
The definition of the service load of movable crossbeam in milling/turning machining center is the necessary precondition for verifying the strength and stiffness of movable crossbeam structure and optimizing the structural design of crossbeam.This article gives an introduction on the method for calculation of the service load of the machine crossbeam under the cutting state with extreme feed.
