摘要
以三环酮3-氯-6-甲基二苯并[c,f][1,2]硫氮杂-11(6H)-酮-5,5-二氧化物为原料经还原、卤代,与7-氨基庚酸乙酯盐酸盐反应,最后经碱水解制得噻萘普汀钠,总收率32.3%。合成方法成本较低,条件温和,操作简便,具有工业化应用前景。
The titled compound was synthesized,via steps of reduction,halogenation,reaction with 7-aminoheptanoic acid ethyl ester hydrochloride and alkaline hydrolysis,using dibenzothiazepin-11(6H)-one-2-chloro-6-methyl-5,5-dioxide as the starting material.The process has the advantages of low costs,mild reaction conditions,simple operation and suitable for industrial production.
